High School Musical

Two high school students meet on vacation over new years and discover they can sing. To their surprise her new school is the one where he’s known as THE jock, and only the jock. Suddenly the status quo is on its ear as everyone discovers they don’t have to be just what everyone expects of them.

The goal of this show for tech is to set the stage in a way that highlights the performances of the students. Simple color shifts and zone lighting helps the stage expand and contract with the size of scenes and follow the dynamics of the performers.
